Scam artists I purchased a vehicle from them for $16,000. When I looked at the loan from the bank I discovered that they added $4000 worth of extra charges which t I purchased a vehicle from them for $16,000. When I looked at the loan from the bank I discovered that they added $4000 worth of extra charges which they neglected to tell me about when I was signing the paperwork. The car had a check engine light which was promised to be fixed before I picked up the car. After 300km the check engine light came back on with the same code that was suppose to be fixed. The first day I called her it took 4 hours to return my phone call, Leo (sales) said she would be contacting me "immediately". It took her It took her 4 business days to send me a copy of my receipt. She also sent a copy of another customers receipt with all her personal information on it.. So unprofessional. I have been trying to contact the finance manager to return these added fees but she is not responding to any of my voicemails. More

I live 45 minutes away from Winnipeg & was expected to “just take the shuttle”. After begging for a courtesy car I received the most dirty, disgusting car they had on the lot to drive.. I was “advised” not to fix the chip in my windshield as it may worsen it. I believed them just for a local auto body glass guy to tell me it’s fixable & then fixed it! If I am going to buy a “premium” car and pay $180.00 for an oil change I expect a little more than sassy messages back & a clean courtesy car. Absolutely outrageous. I am so sad the way I have been treated, if I would have known after the deal went through this is how I would be treated I would have never bought my car here. I was left in tears thinking about how used I felt after this day. I love my car... But NOT this dealership. More
