I purchase a used vehicle in January, sales staff was very nice of course because they want to make a sale, I was assured anything wrong with it in the first couple of weeks would be on them to repair. i very nice of course because they want to make a sale, I was assured anything wrong with it in the first couple of weeks would be on them to repair. in the finance department they attempted to scare me in buying the extended warranty I declined 3 times. Saying its a very nice jeep but its a jeep, ( claiming its a problem vehicle ) I still declined. Got the keys and discovered the washer fluid was frozen, left it with then to thaw and repair and possible damage, picked it up 2 days later, discovered they hadn't completely drained the tank and was freezing within an hour of leaving, delt with that myself and discovered a cracked line for the washer fluid and the engine was running cold. Did a temp fixed and made an appointment to drop it off and have it repaired and the thermostat replaced as the engine was running cold, service department tells me thermostat is fine and hooked my temporary fix back up that fell off instead of repairing properly, I express my disappointment at which time I'm told the service manager will call me, I'm still waiting for that call. Since then I repaired the damaged hose myself and replaced the thermostat, engine is now running at proper operating temp. The service department couldnt even handle 3 simple problems. They will never see me there again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. More
My wife was 38 weeks pregnant and involved in a major accident in our 2021Tiguan, and the vehicle not only saved her life but also our daughters that was riding along with her at the time. we are so than accident in our 2021Tiguan, and the vehicle not only saved her life but also our daughters that was riding along with her at the time. we are so thankful to Volkswagen for making such a solid and safe product, the only thing we wanted for our family was another Tiguan. Clark Gray from autohaus VW and his team (Shaylie, and Lucas) consistently went out of their way to help us not only with the settlement and dealing with MPI, but also getting us into a replacement R-Line Tiguan. We could not be happier with the service and the product from the team at autohaus VW. More
I bought a new Jetta GLI from Luciano Lalo - Client Advisor, yesterday. It was a very pleasent experience. He was very knowledgeble, polite, respectful and friendly, as were the young ladies that helped Advisor, yesterday. It was a very pleasent experience. He was very knowledgeble, polite, respectful and friendly, as were the young ladies that helped with the paperwork and going over the cars dash instructions. The only down side was that I didn't get as much for my trade in as I thought it was worth. Isaac Thiessen More

This battery had to be replaced in March 2024 because it would not hold a charge. The battery that was replaced in March 2024 has failed and when I called to make a warranty claim, I was denied as they will not warranty a battery that was replaced under warranty. The parts associate also mentioned that these batteries should last 10 years. But they still refused to stand behind their products. This is a terrible way to operate a parts and service department. I have only had negative experience at this business and will never deal with them again. And I have owned 8 VWs in my lifetime. More

Tires were worn beyond the written safety done by Haus and other defects. General manager offered me a gas coupon. Wound up trading for a clean car from them because no other dealership would take it in a trade. Wound up trading back again with Haus and in the end lost $5,000 for a car I put 2,000 km on in 2 months. Stay far far away. Service also sucked big time. More
I visited the Volkswagen Pembina dealership today, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I first arrived, I was greeted by Daniel, who initially seemed friendly and helpful. I unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I first arrived, I was greeted by Daniel, who initially seemed friendly and helpful. I had booked an appointment to get the check engine light checked, and when I made the appointment, the quoted service price was $189. However, Daniel told me that if the warning light wasn’t on, there was no point in doing the check, as it would just be a waste of money. I appreciated his honesty at first, as I’m a first-time car owner and not very knowledgeable about car repairs. Daniel then suggested checking my car's battery. From what I know, battery tests typically cost around $45 to $65 at most places. However, Daniel didn’t mention any cost for the battery test, and I didn’t think to ask. In hindsight, I should have asked for the price upfront, but I now feel that Daniel deliberately avoided telling me the cost because he knew I was inexperienced. I truly feel he recognized that and took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was told the battery test would take a couple of hours. My expectation for "a couple of hours" was 1-2 hours, but after several hours had passed, I had not received a call. Concerned, I called the dealership around noon to check on the status, and that’s when I was told that the mechanic hadn’t even looked at my car yet. I was shocked to hear that after all that time, no work had been done, and I had received no communication about the delay. When I finally arrived to pick up my car, Daniel's attitude completely changed. He went from being friendly to outright rude. I was the only customer in the lobby, and while Daniel and another employee were having a conversation, the other employee acknowledged me. However, Daniel told the employee, "Oh no, finish what you were saying, she can wait." It was clear that the conversation wasn’t urgent and could have waited until after he helped me. I was left standing there for several minutes, feeling completely ignored. When Daniel finally did assist me, he told me the price for the battery test was $99 — no prior warning or mention of the cost. After tax, the total came to $111, which was far more than I expected for a simple battery test. I feel completely taken advantage of. Not only did Daniel fail to disclose the price of the test upfront, but his unprofessional attitude and poor communication were incredibly off-putting. After I paid, I asked where my car was, and Daniel dismissed me by simply handing me my key and pointing in the direction of where my car should be. His response was cold and dismissive, and I was left feeling unimportant and disregarded. I feel as though Daniel took advantage of my inexperience and failed to offer the transparency and honesty that any customer, especially a first-time car owner, deserves. I will never return to Volkswagen Pembina and will be sharing my experience with others. I expected better customer service, transparency, and honesty, and unfortunately, I received none of that here. This experience has left me feeling distrustful and disappointed in the dealership. Beware! Think twice of buying a used car at Auto Haus. An out of province buyer needs the purchased vehicle safety checked in their province of residence wit Think twice of buying a used car at Auto Haus. An out of province buyer needs the purchased vehicle safety checked in their province of residence within 7 days. That's where things went wrong for me. The 2019 Toyota RAV4 I bought came with 'a' safety check. The salespersons assured me there would be no problem getting the car safetied in Ontario. But the safety check in Ontario at a Toyota dealer showed 4 extremely rusted brake rotors and an incorrect battery type, poorly installed. It was not fastened properly and would not stay in position. Repair cost: $2000. I made photo's and a video of the necessary repairs and presented them to Auto Haus. Their reaction was that I should have gotten in touch with them first before the repairs were done. They would have given me a list with 'trusted' shops in my area. Implying that the Toyota dealer was crooked. They knew and approved that I bring it there! Too bad they didn't provide this list in the first place. It makes me wonder if the list actually exists. Or is it just a lame excuse to avoid paying? Advice: get the out of province safety check included in the sale! It's all about the money at Auto Haus. The VW dealership appears to be a front. The core business is selling used cars. I traded in a 2002 Toyota Highlander with 409.000 km. I was upfront about its numerous malfunctions, unrepairable differential, etc.. The salesperson agreed and said it would probably be donated. I was given $500 courtesy. I was very surprised to see my Highlander on their website a week later. Asking price $4900! It's all about the money at Auto Haus. Their money that is! More
