Highly recommended I was in the market for a new car but was dreading dealing with a car dealership. This is a first for me that a salesman will take less commission to make sure the buyer is happy! I ended up purchasing a Subaru Outback 3.6R and I have not had any issues! I told Warren that I wanted a specific payment and he worked it out so that I had the exact payment I wanted and even more of a warranty that I would need! Once I pulled in, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Tony. He was extremely helpful with every question, or concern I had. He advised me that I can take the vehicle out for a test drive, and to show my wife. I told him that I was just looking right now, obviously not showing the amount of interest I had in the vehicle...yet, not once did he try the typical pressure sales tactic, that I so often experienced with every dealer I've dealt with in the past. I then left to continue my trek to inspect the other vehicle, it was a nice vehicle, with lower mileage, but it was the typical sales pitch, and pressure BS. I obviously returned to Global Auto Sales a week later to take another look at the vehicle they had...Surprisingly, Tony came out and greeted me by name, and asked if I had any more questions. He allowed me to take the vehicle home to show my wife. Needless to say she loved it, and I bought it. I have, and will continue to recommend Tony and his team at Global Auto Sales to anyone who asks, for any used car purchase. Keep up the "Great" work guys!! You have earned a new long time client! We were introduce to Bob "Rocket" Rochette, great guy, great personality, very professional and no pressure tactic-strategies as Bob is a retired sales person, who just like to service and help people to buy their dream car. He answered, all of our questions about the BMW, also suggested various additional services options. He introduce us to the numbers guy, Warren, the Manager. Again very professional and understood that my wife and I had done our homework for our trade in and financing options. He comprehended that we were serious prospects. He advised us on the different financing options and warrantees. Great to have a warrantee that covers you until 200,000Km with the best warranty company in Canada. We have been purchasing and leasing cars every 4 to 5 years for the past 30 years and theses guys are very good at what they do. Very Polite, service was excellent, no sales pressure. Great Job! As it was my first car I was very skeptical at being treated unfairly, so I brought a friend who use to sell cars . After doing my research online, I scheduled appointments with 3 dealerships. I spoke with Bob on the phone who I found immediately to be very nice. After visiting one dealership I went to Global. I met Bob and was happy to find that he was as nice in person as he was on the phone. He showed us the vehicle, we took it for a drive. When we came back we sat with Bob briefly and were then introduced to the sales manager (Bob wasnt a person to talk about financing). The sales manager was very nice and answered all of my questions . We were able to come to an agreement and arrange financing. My whole experience from the initial phone call to the finish was hassle free and easy; I was treated like I was important, that my business was appreciated, and that they actually care about their clients. One thing that also stands out for me was how nice the dealership was. It was comfortable, very clean, and the cars were all in great condition. There were people dropping in constantly when I was there and it seemed as though it was a real family atmosphere. I have already recommended Global to my friends and when it comes time for me to change vehicles I will absolutely return- no thought about it. M Taylor More
