Glenmore Audi

The service department has been very disappointing. I purchased a brand new 2016 Audi TT from Glenmore Audi and my extended warranty expired in October 2023. Since then I have spent about $5,000 on I purchased a brand new 2016 Audi TT from Glenmore Audi and my extended warranty expired in October 2023. Since then I have spent about $5,000 on repairs on the same problem. In December 2023 they replaced the fuel pump and charged me about $3,700. Two weeks later exactly the same problem happened. They again replaced the fuel pump and charged me about $1,200. When I suggested it was exactly the same problem, with exactly the same indications I got a song and dance about how it was reasonable that they had to fix the exact same problem twice within a month, that I should pay in full for both services, and that I had to get my car towed twice within one month with all of the other attendant costs and time away from work. Then, to add insult to injury, they told me that I could trade in the vehicle that I had paid about $80,000 for 7 years ago for $15,000. I would not recommend buying an Audi and I would try to get a second opinion with respect to any repairs that need to be done. More

Every time I make an appointment it gets messed up. 1st time was supposed to be on a Thursday. They called Wednesday night telling me to come on Friday. So I came Friday. Then when I got there they said “o time was supposed to be on a Thursday. They called Wednesday night telling me to come on Friday. So I came Friday. Then when I got there they said “oh.. did no one call you?” So I said “yep, you told me to come today instead of yesterday” to which they replied “oh... the part isn’t in. You’ll have to come back next week” so I did even though I’m 2 hours away. The next time I needed service I called to cancel & left a message but apparently no one received it or communicated it. When I made the next appointment they couldn’t find it in the system even though they called to confirm the night before. Pretty unprofessional. More
