I bought my Kia over a year ago and due to the hours the dealership is open and the service I received I keep coming back for service. There has been times where the vehicle has taken longer than anticipate dealership is open and the service I received I keep coming back for service. There has been times where the vehicle has taken longer than anticipated to be fixed, other times it is finished earlier. Even though the last visit I had took longer than expected the staff at Georgetown Kia were very friendly and with the comfortable waiting area and wifi I hadn't taken too much notice to it. Both me and my gf prefer dealing with Ante when coming to the dealership for service. He explains everything clearly and tries his best to make you feel comfortable and an important customer, he also would put anything else on hold to get you started and finish up paperwork and not tie you up while answering the phone or talking to other members. That is the main reason I ranked this dealership so high, good job Kia of Georgetown and I look forward to my visit sometime in May. More

We saw a car on-line and stopped in on a Sunday on our way home, hoping to see the car in the lot. We were pleasantly surprised to find the dealership open on a Sunday afternoon. Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly, and went the extra mile to meet our needs. After some negotiations with Chris and Tom, we signed the deal that same afternoon. We arranged to pickup our vehicle on Tuesday. Although Chris was not in at that time,(every body needs a day off) he had all the paperwork ready, with license plates etc ready. This was handled with ease by Bryce. We found all the staff to be very friendly, knowledgeable and "going the extra mile". We would definately recommend this dealership. Good experience all the way.
