We were in quite the dilemma, and Ian helped us out in a flash.!!..Our Impala was in a collision & was written off, so our insurance company got a rent-a-car for us, and the car was a Kia-Soul. We both loved it, so I contacted Georgetown KIA, because we live in Meadowvale, and Ian got back to us letting us know that he had a Kia-Soul Trade-In coming back to KIA, if we wanted to see it. So we told him to hold it for us, because we definitely wanted to buy it. And within 24 to 48 hours, Ian had everything done for us, concerning the Kia-Soul including the financing of the car, and he also made sure to give us the monthly payments that we had specified. We purchased a used Kia-Soul, limited edition & we are so happy with it.
