Quick fix for loose Drive belt Actually had spoken to Rodney last week, and after I gave him the symptoms I was having he indicated that the belt may need attention. Tuesday, Feb 7, Actually had spoken to Rodney last week, and after I gave him the symptoms I was having he indicated that the belt may need attention. Tuesday, Feb 7, 2017 approx 1:00 p.m. I drive in and spoke to Gord and mentioned the issue. He actually took time to let me know that I did, in fact change all belts in 2015 and the the belt may need tightening. He immediately asked for my keys, made up a service order and within an hour all was rectified at NO Charge. Really appreciate this attention and service. Thanks Gordo and Rodney. George More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YET I was in desperate need of a car as winter was approachin and I have two young children. I got a 2012 Kia Rio and it's been a nightmare. The lady I de I was in desperate need of a car as winter was approachin and I have two young children. I got a 2012 Kia Rio and it's been a nightmare. The lady I dealt with was very nice and helpful up until I signed the dotted line then it was downhill from there. Things started happening to the car major issues and I contacted the dealership as I purchased the extended warranty only to find our that was a lie. Now I'm stuck with this curse of a car with no help from the dealership. My next step is taking it to the media. As a single mother of two children I can't afford to have a car that doesn't work and a dealership that is rude and unhelpful. I would NEVER REFER anyone to this dealership EVER. More
