Recently, the Georgetown Kia team had replaced my full engine as per a warranty as there was a defect with the block. Besides providing my paperwork proving that I had taken care of the maintenance, the claim and the replacement were hassle free. Thank you Georgetown Kia for your time and your help! More

We were enticed by the special offer of a remote starter - after all, we were in the depths of winter. And then the 3.99% interest sounded good enough for us to finance the vehicle. Got a call a couple of days later with 4.49% interest which Trish told us was better than her deal for her own car. Decided to accept 4.49 but when I went to sign the papers it was 4.99%. Trish apologized, reprinted the papers and it was 5.99%.....apologized again and returned with the 3.99% offer but no paperwork. That was sent to me via email. Paid full price for the vehicle but traded in an older Lexus which Rob said later cancelled the remote starter deal. Windshield wiper didn't work properly in snowstorm on way home. Next day our mechanic replaced both as the other one was broken in two pieces but somehow passed the safety? I sent bill to Rob ($40.57), along with receipt for $40 for licence transfer we paid in cash, but was also included in financing paperwork. Got a call February 7th from Gavin that they were sending a cheque for $100 for the confusion. Really? While its irrelevant, haven't seen it...I've pressed yes to recommending the dealership because I had to make a selection in order to submit. My preference would have been to leave it blank. More
