We thought we were getting a great deal here but that does not matter at the end when the staff treats you like you are nobody. My husband drives Uber and he was mocked several times for that by Jim. The deadline for car delivery was missed twice and then when we called to confirm we were given so much attitude and disrespect by a few of their sales reps, including our Sales representative Tasha. At one point she stopped responding to our calls/msgs. I am a huge Honda fan and am very disappointed with the service that the staff at Georgetown has provided. One thing is for sure - I will not be recommending this dealership to any family and friends. More

This dealership stripped bolts on the oil pan shield during the many times the oil was changed there and would not admit doing so. When I told Daher that they stripped the bolts by putting them back in with an air ratchet rather than first hand starting the bolts, she became very defensive and told me that bolts can also be stripped during removal and that someone else had stripped them. I told her that the head of a bolt can be stripped during removal but not the thread. She said I was wrong and told my wife that she was educating me after I walked away frustrated. I will never use this Honda auto service again!" More

Service Scam I twice experienced the horrific service department attempting to force unneeded repairs. When I heard CBC Marketplace did a story on this practice I twice experienced the horrific service department attempting to force unneeded repairs. When I heard CBC Marketplace did a story on this practice I was sure I would see Georgetown Honda as part of the story.. They weren't, but what they do is is exactly what was highlighted. As a long time Honda owner, this dealership has ensured I will never buy another Honda again. More
Don't waste your time. There are better dealerships out there I went there to order some roof rack crossbars for my car. A young man (Honda representative) asked me about the year of my car and when I mentioned that it is a 2004 Honda Pilot, the first impression was “Oh Jeez!”. To me, this is nonsense. Does that mean that Honda is not willing to stand behind their product unless it is recently manufactured? Or, the fact that the person who is dealing with the customers is not trained enough to treat them with respect. I used to have an old car from another brand. I have never been treated like this when ordering spare parts for that car that was way older than the Pilot. More

The unfortunate part is thei I have been a customer at this dealership for almost 20 years. Russ has always given 100% and has gone above and beyond. The unfortunate part is their service department has declined over the years and especially in the past couple of years. I had the winter tires put on Nov 6th 3 out of the 4 were not inflated properly and the 4th has a leak which I have had to go back 3 times going on a 4th and have had to spend aprox $165.00 so far. The service manager gives false information about the car. Says the tires are fine because the sensors have not come on. Guess what my car doesn't have them. There's no leak in tire it just looks low because engine is on right... More

I was getting excellent service since staff changed in 2016. after that time I am always feeling leftover whenever I go for any reason. There are many incident but I want to coat 2 only. I had issues with AC and it was fixed at the end of summer it was unable to test performance of AC as summer started I was feeling cooling is not up to standard. I booked an appointment for Recall from Honda and requested to provide shuttle to go home. I was confirmed my appointment on phone. As I went for my appointment I was told no shuttle will be given. This happening since new service adviser Lissa came on George town Honda. I never had issues with Joanne was working. During conversation I said I am coming to this dealership from three years since I got this car from them. If I am having issues getting support as a Honda dealership standard. I had feeling that I am asking free service. Just observation she is talking to other customers very nicely. During discussion with Rep on desk Lissa I said I will go to some other dealer, she said up to me. You can go she did not even try to stop me I will now move to other dealer. More
Terrible The customer service was very friendly and warm until i discovered a $4000 undiscussed/hidden fee. Tried to trade in my vehicle and buy a demo model. The customer service was very friendly and warm until i discovered a $4000 undiscussed/hidden fee. Tried to trade in my vehicle and buy a demo model. On the first trip, waited with my newborns for about an hour as the salesman was busy. Understandable, but he spent what little time we had pushing me into a new vehicle instead of the demo i asked for. After a second trip and a long Saturday we agreed on a deal and shook hands. An hour later just before the final signature we were told of the $4000 down payment that was not discussed during the negotiations. The finance manager seemed understanding and honest. The salesmen admitted it wasn't discussed and left it at "its still a good deal" and refused to apologize or budge on the price. The presented deal worked out to approx $2000 more before tax than the tag on the vehicle. The next day the salesmen didn't return 3 of my phone calls asking how to get my deposit back. When I showed up in person greeted me with "do you have the card you made the deposit with" so they were expecting me. They offered no apologies/barley any words spoken period and gave me dirty looks after I mentioned the salesman did not return my call. Not impressed, and won't hesitate to tell friends in town what to expect. I understand mistakes happen but treating people like they wasted the salesmans time, because of the salesmans mistake is unacceptable More

They were more interested in catering to a 20 something couple that came in after myself. Ha! I probably make more than their combined income. They offered me the lowest amount for my trade I within even looking at the condition of my vehicle. I did take it for a test drive but had to do it on my own. They didn't go through any of the features. I felt like they didn't take me seriously. So, a few weeks later I went to Classic Honda in Brampton. What a difference! They viewed my vehicle and offered me $1500 MORE than Georgetown Honda. I felt like they wanted my business and they took the time to answer my questions. And review the features in the car. So, I bought it. Georgetown Honda, you need to take a page out of Classic Honda's playbook if you want to make more sales. And never disregard a female looking on her own. After all, it is 2016, and you should treat all potential purchasers with more respect. While you may have been nice for the few minutes you spent with me, you certainly didn't treat me as a serious buyer. More
