Hello Joe, I apologize on behalf of the entire Georgetown Chevrolet Team that your service visit was unsatisfactory. We strive to provide excellent service in all aspects of our business. In investigating your specific visit, it seems that there was a significant misunderstanding. Our VP of Fixed Operations, Dan, as well as our Service Advisor, Ashleigh, did in fact explain that the work you were charged for was not for your ABS issue but for additional work that you reviewed and approved. Your ABS issue was diagnosed as an intermittent concern and we did not charge you for that inspection. When you called back about the light coming back on, we booked you an appointment to address the issue but you did not end up showing for the appointment and instead went elsewhere. I hope you can understand that it is not our intention to mislead or overcharge our customers and we do require that all work be explicitly approved before going ahead. I trust this explains the situation and hope you were able to get your ABS concern taken care of. Please give us a call if you have any questions.
