No service from Serve department On Tuesday morning of this week, I waited in line more than 10 minutes to drop off my keys for service. I was late for work and impatient to leave. My On Tuesday morning of this week, I waited in line more than 10 minutes to drop off my keys for service. I was late for work and impatient to leave. My wife was also waiting outside to drive me to work in her car. So I went outside the service door and filled in the after hours drop box envelope, put in my keys, made sure, what I was doing was being clearly noticed by a service employee standing at the open garage door 10 feet from me. When I returned at 5 pm. My car had not been serviced. My keys still in the drop box. Why the GM employee had not got out my keys or told someone is a mystery to me. Why you have to wait more than 10 minutes to try to drop off keys is a mystery to me. More

Excellent service every time We have used this dealership for service for a few years now and am continually impressed by how hard they work to keep a customer's car in good condi We have used this dealership for service for a few years now and am continually impressed by how hard they work to keep a customer's car in good condition. They have taken exceptionally good care of us when we've had unexpected major problems and have really gone way beyond most other shops I have had experience with over the years. Our latest visit was for some major front end work. Although expensive, the job was completed quickly and seems to have completely eliminated my concerns. At over 170,000 km on the car, it was due for this kind of work, so we can't fault the car. Right now it handles like a brand new car and ready for the next 170,000 km. Their work has been excellent so far, and front end alignments pretty much bang-on. To say we are happy with them would be an understatement. They have my trust 100% as they have always been up front and honest with both my wife and myself. I do recommend this dealership to all my friends without reservation. Anita and Chris Bridge More

Paul dealt with me in Customer Service, and his polite, respectful demeanor towards me increased my trust and confidence in being treated honestly. He was new to learning the computer system but expressed his appreciation to me for my patience in waiting; obvious to me that he was thinking about the customer in front of him. He explained out the diagnosis, the costs, and recommendations. Great job by him as he walked me through the service. Paul, keep up the good work as you add new customers and maintain good ones. Thank you, and I look forward to dealing with you in the future, hopefully not too frequently because of truck issues :). More
