When all hope is lost, go to Georgetown Chevrolet!!! I knew exactly what a wanted and how much I was comfortable spending. I wanted a 2015, Hyundai Veloster, Vitamin C, Tech Package. After going to 2 dea I knew exactly what a wanted and how much I was comfortable spending. I wanted a 2015, Hyundai Veloster, Vitamin C, Tech Package. After going to 2 dealerships including a Hyundai dealership and being offered what I didn't want or sales people trying to convince me that I would never use a panoramic roof, I thought all hope was lost. By chance I was searching on Auto Trader and I couldn't believe my eyes when I found MY car with everything I wanted at Georgetown Chevy. As soon as I walked into the dealership I knew this was going to be a different experience. Norman is very friendly, a great listener, knowledgeable and very sincere. He totally held my hand throughout this entire process. When it came time to perform his magic, Drew MORE than delivered. He put all my fears at ease and 4 days later I was driving off with my new Veloster. A Big "Shout Out" to Norm Wallachy!! I just wanted to give a big "shout out" to Norman Wallachy. He's a super nice guy. I leased my first vehicle from Georgetown Chevrolet back in 2008. I just wanted to give a big "shout out" to Norman Wallachy. He's a super nice guy. I leased my first vehicle from Georgetown Chevrolet back in 2008. When I was having an oil change done here at the dealer, I was walking around the showroom. Norm came over and started talking to me about the vehicle I was looking at. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. My lease was coming to an end shortly and Norm made it so easy for me to lease my next vehicle. He was always so helpful. Then 2 years later Norm helped me with purchasing a new vehicle for my kids to share. (So they would stop using mine). Every time I bring the cars in for service and Norm sees me there, he always comes over and talks to me like I'm an old friend. He's such a sweetheart!! I can't wait until my lease is up again to see what suggestions Norm has for me. Thank you Norm, for all your help over the years and in the future!!! More
