We met with Craig Norheim and Trevor Stroeder. There is a friendly and professional atmosphere. After Craig listened and worked with us, my husband purchased the Regal Grand Sport. We are more than satisfied. Craig later took the time to introduce us to the service manager and other employees. We now have a dealership that we can go to with confidence and will be looked after. I have worked with John King who has always been knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He gets me what I need and not just what I want and works with my budget to get me in the right vehicle. He hasn't been wrong yet. This was a service visit and Mike (mechanic) did an excellent job on my car. Further he took the time to explain why the recommended service really needed to be done and was not a nice to have. Mike- thanks for explaining and doing the recommended service- the change to the car on the ride back home to Toronto was immediately noticeable. George in service took the time to go over the list of recommended changes and was extremely helpful with getting the work done. I have not worked with Norm but I have spoken with him about cars over the years and would have no problems purchasing a car from him or recommending him. There are dealerships closer to my home but the service and the relationship built over the years with the people at Georgetown and their honesty will keep me coming back. More
