He is in my opinion a people person, not just friendly, but has a sincere appeal to want to be your friend, regardless if you purchase or not. I met with Norman who I worked with before on the purchase of a new car. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what they had on the lot. After test driving the 2016 Buick Encode, I knew this was the vehicle. We sat down on a Saturday and spoke about the vehicle. There was no pressure at all for me to close the deal right that day. I went back on Monday we spoke about the vehicle again and we struck a deal. The entire staff I met was very friendly and professional.
