The Malibu Match!! We recently purchased a 2016 Malibu,we were unsure what we wanted to purchase, if we were going to purchase anything at all. We had a 2011 Cruse that we were possibility thinking of trading in although we loved our cruse we had toyed about the idea of trading it in. We then met Pat who was not only very knowledgeable but very friendly and professional he was very patient. We test drove a few models and soon Pat matched us with our perfect 2016 Malibu.We have been a loyal GM customer and as long as GM continues to hire sales representatives like Pat we will remain a customer for years to come. The easiest experience of my life I have never purchased a new vehicle in my life but I expect that most, if not all dealership experiences have it's troubles. I entered the establishment and I was greeted by a man named Norman Wallachy. As soon as I met the guy, I felt comforted in this strange scenario. Norman was easy going, very patient, and extremely diligent throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and tended to my every need (thank you for the coffee). Norman is an excellent salesman. His relaxed composure and vast knowledge vehicles made my choice in cars quite easy. The entire process was painless and I am proud to say that I am the new owner of a 2016 GMC terrain. Norman's professionalism seems to rub off on all the all the staff members at Georgetown Chevrolet. Namely their Financial manager; Hendrick. He is very easy going and quite the peoples person.
