Doing the financial paperwork is never fun but Hendrick made everything so easy and quick. This was really appreciated as well. His advice was great and made decisions simple. Tom's help with the process was also appreciated. His over-the-top service helped us get a little more for our trade-in which we are really grateful for. The easiest experience of my life I have never purchased a new vehicle in my life but I expect that most, if not all dealership experiences have it's troubles. I entered the establishment and I was greeted by a man named Norman Wallachy. As soon as I met the guy, I felt comforted in this strange scenario. Norman was easy going, very patient, and extremely diligent throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and tended to my every need (thank you for the coffee). Norman is an excellent salesman. His relaxed composure and vast knowledge vehicles made my choice in cars quite easy. The entire process was painless and I am proud to say that I am the new owner of a 2016 GMC terrain. Norman's professionalism seems to rub off on all the all the staff members at Georgetown Chevrolet. Namely their Financial manager; Hendrick. He is very easy going and quite the peoples person.
