He went above and beyond for us. There was no 'salesman' feel from him, we could tell he was genuine. Everything was laid out for us which made the entire experience easy and quick. Doing the financial paperwork is never fun but Hendrick made everything so easy and quick. This was really appreciated as well. His advice was great and made decisions simple. Tom's help with the process was also appreciated. His over-the-top service helped us get a little more for our trade-in which we are really grateful for.
