He's a family guy who lives in town and you can tell he loves what he does. He was very patient with us and our young children as we test drove a number of vehicles numerous times before we made our decision and we never fealt any pressure. He was very informative about every vehicle we looked at. We also had a good experience with Tom Drysdale and Hendrik van der Geld.
