She answered all my questions, she was really easy to relate to, and she made my experience really fun and exciting. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and even sat with me to figure out how everything worked in the vehicle. She really listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want, she new I would have a very long commute and I wanted something great on gas and comfortable. The cruze was the first car I test drove and I couldnt get it out of my head. I know someone else who purchased a vehicle from Marlene and they also said she was fantastic.
