Called every dealer I could find contact info for in the southern Ontario area without any lucks. Some would tell me that they have one over the phone, only to tell me on arrival at the dealership that they had none, then tried to sell me other vehicles instead. Lorenzo, on the other hand was truthful about his inventory and his answers, and did not try any of those gaming tactics. I really like his friendly, and persistency in sale, but with integrity and honesty approach instead of the purely commission or quota-driven-at-all-cost approach that I've seen in others over the years. Together, they made for the best customer experience that I ever had. More
