He asked specific questions to our purchase and how the first couple of the days had been with the car. Did a very complete and detailed tutorial on the car and its many features. How they worked and also how the owner can use them. In that area again was understanding of our knowledge cap in technical matters and explained them until he was comfortable with the operations.
