He knows that with busy lives and other debts you can only afford what you can and wont push you into a deal you arent comfortable with. Tom was also a great help in the sale of my used truck and creating a deal that suited my needs and expectations. He made me feel comfortable and on a few occasions greeted me and treated me with great respect. Nancy the finance department was also above and beyond with her knowledge of how the purchasing goes amd setting up the deal with the banks.
