TOOK TO GARAGE TO GET IT CERIFIED WILL NOT PASS THEY NEVER ADVISE ME THAT SUB FRAME IS RUSTED OUT . MANAGER AT STOCK FISH DID NOTHING TO HELP ME NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH FORD CANADA ABOUT !500 BUCKS TO FIX AND I HAVE ALREADY $3500 IN IT NOW SIT IN DRIVEWAY UNTIL MY LAWYER TAKES CARE OF SITUATION .ILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM EVER THEY DON'T EVEN RETURN CALL 2003 FORD ESCAPE LOADED LIVE IN NORTH BAY POOR SERVICE More

Every time vehicle was brought in for warranty or other issue it took multiple appointments to actually get job done. Not once did they complete the task in one appointment. Even if you scheduled the appointment and dropped your vehicle at 6:00 am was told my work order got caught in a backlog. They never really seemed to give a crap about what an inconvenience it may be to the owner that they were telling them to come back another day. Keep up the good work Aaron. John, quite a tight ship you are running.... SERVICE SUCKS!!!! More

Do not get service here!!! I have had nothing but problems with the service department at Stockfish. I brought my 2012 Escape in for 2 new tires and an oil change. I asked that I have had nothing but problems with the service department at Stockfish. I brought my 2012 Escape in for 2 new tires and an oil change. I asked that they replace the rear drivers side tire because it has a leak. Well after explanations that they tried to fix the leaky tire because it was the next best tire, and it didn't work, they put a remaining good tire on the back left and the 2 new ones on the front. When I came into the shop to pick it up she said they were putting the tire back on now so it would be a few minutes....when I looked into the bay my trucks right side was propped up??? they were working on the right rear??? So its all done and I get on the highway home. Not 30 seconds on the highway my low tire pressure comes on!!! I get to town, go buy a tire pressure gage and guess what!!!! my left rear tire has 19 pounds pressure in it. I bring it back and another lady tells me the work order it says the right rear had the leak....I got angry and said you made a mistake then because I specifically said replace the left rear. Well they pulled the left rear off and said there was a nail in it and I had to pay to have it fixed!!!! They said they replaced it with a good tire and I had to have gotten a nail it since...I do not believe them as I seen the truck jacked up on the wrong side and it was flat AT THE DEALERSHIP so how could I have gotten a nail in it? She said all the filling must have expanded it and shown that I had 2 tires with nails!! Whatever, I got it fixed, paid for and got out of there. We parked the truck, as it was Christmas and took out F150 to the cottage for the holiday. We got home yesterday and guess what?? A brand new Michelin Tire on the right front is flat!! Brand New!!!! only driven home and parked!! I called today and the lady right away said I must be doing construction or something and got another nail. I politely told her we live in the bush on snow covered roads. How could 3 tires suddenly have leaks, when I it only had 1 leak when I brought it in 2 weeks ago? and one of them is new? that's just way to much of a coincidence. I am very angry right now and will never ever bring our trucks back to stockfish again. I will drive down south to my Burlington Dealerships before I deal with them again. As well, I have to add when we brought our new F150 in for a warranty issue, it had less than 40K on it and when got the call about the transmission issue, they said we needed brakes and rotors!! at less than 40K??? Not impressed with the money xxxxxxx from this dealerships service department. Do not Bring your vehicles to them. More
I received a call from Richard Gould who took his time to explain to me, as a first time car buyer, how the process works, how the pricing works, and how he came to his numbers. He seemed, to me, to be have explain to me, as a first time car buyer, how the process works, how the pricing works, and how he came to his numbers. He seemed, to me, to be have great attention to detail and placed a great emphasis on customer service. While I will not be buying the car from this dealership (too far away from me), I was left feeling that this man knows his job very well. I will be reaching out to this dealership for quotes on my next car. More
