Friendly , efficient and honest dealership I have been a client for20+ years and never had a reason to question their work ethics. They are always more than ready to accommodate and inform you. They have expanded a lot since I first became a client and sadly their appointment booking system has degraded. It has become very difficult to reach anyone to schedule an appointment, having to wait many hours and even next day for a call back. Terrible Customer Service My wife and I bought a used car that took Gatineau Honda 4 weeks to deliver the car. They tried twice to deliver the car without fully completing the My wife and I bought a used car that took Gatineau Honda 4 weeks to deliver the car. They tried twice to deliver the car without fully completing the work and arguing about how its costing them money to do the work that was promised. They never provided us with the condition report of the car, despite promising to give us one and as a result we found out there was no spare tire in the car and the car had snow tires on it. We ended up taking possession of the car before all the work was completed because we urgently needed the car. The employees we dealt with were generally nice but there seemed to be poor organization or commitment to fixing the vehicle after we left the building. I will never do business with Gatineau Honda again. More

I keep trying to go back to this dealership because there is a tech there who as been caring for my car these past 25 years and that I trust completely Today I have packed it in and booked an appointment else ware This does not reflect on the personnel who are competent and knowledgeable but on the management of this establishment which has changed radically. They have become just another big box company and personalisation is no longer important. You can no longer reach anyone to book an appointment: When you call you reach a voicemail for a call back, or book through the internet. I have been trying for 2 days to reach someone but that seems impossible. On the internet, the booking seems to be March. Since my schedule has to be laid out, and I need to speak with a representative, I have booked with another dealership for this upcoming Tuesday. they had the truck i wanted and then things went downhill Went there because they had the used truck i wanted. (140 kms trip) paid 30,000 for it.............when i picked it up after i left i noticed the gas Went there because they had the used truck i wanted. (140 kms trip) paid 30,000 for it.............when i picked it up after i left i noticed the gas tank was on empty........the tire pressure monitor was malfunctioning....................the windshield had dozens and dozens of small chips, small enough it passed a safety...............when i whined they said too bad, we settled with me chipping in 200.00. on my way home the computer said there was a problem with the tire pressure gauges, i phoned, told them what the problem was and drove 140 kms back to the dealer to be told, yep tpg need replacing, we will order one...............another 140 kms. The guy that completed the sale got mad at me when i complained about the windshield, which i thought was kind of funny.. After the purchase i left four phone msgs to the salesguy.............none returned, wanted to tell him about the above then dealt with service..................for a 30,000 purchase i expected more. my 30 days bumper to bumper has expired and i have found out the heated passenger seat doesnt work and there is an interior light problem. In my opinion a truck of that value should be sold with no problems.............i wont go back thats for sure. lots of attitude at this place More
