I'm an Ottawa resident & bought a 2013 Honda Fit in June 2021. Really pleased with the car-buying experience and the car. (I think the financial manager passed me the brochure for the extended warrantee & called me once to follow up.) No issue getting it safetied for Ontario or paying HST. Car has been perfect so far. No complaints! More

Left this dealership in tears after purchasing a car. I asked to speak to the sales manager who was equally rude and not understanding at all. Absolutely THE worst customer service I have ever received. Disgusting!!!! More

I was open the deal with one of the salesmen and i left him a message and called the office, in order to close the deal on Honda Touring,, he didnt reply to me and didnt respect the deal and didn't respect or caring of the customers.. i went by my self to Honda Gatineau,, i asked him why you didn't reply to me ? he said it is sold.. he didnt care about the agreement between us .. that make the customer not comfortable and no credibility. I dont recommend to deal with Honda Gatineau staff.. go to Ottawa. they are very good services and nice people. More

What, are you xxxxing kidding me????? who carry visa for 7 years dude? people get their PR after 3-4 years... then these freaks hung me like for a month, and then they canceled my loan... well......... JUST FOR THE SAKE OF HONDA, I WOULD LIKE TO EDUCATE THE STAFF, NOW I HAVE MY OWN HONDA CIVIC, WITHOUT ANY CO-SIGNER (COZ I HAVE GOOD CREDIT SCORE) AND I'VE BEEN HAPPILY DRIVING IT FOR A WHILE NOW.
