excellent service I was first time using this dealership for service for oil change. When i booked my appointment seems like little bit odd. I used three dealership for service for my van and this is the best that i can tell from my experience. My van is us vehicle and Graham search for recall and within hour he called back that i have pending some recall for repairs and knowing that i am from Fort McMurray he was willing to do that recall repair on same day. He explained everything nicely. I definitely recommend Graham More

Shady sales/finance department Last year I purchased 2 brand new vehicles from Gateway Toyota: a Tundra for my business and a RAV4 for personal use. I was told I could not apply the Last year I purchased 2 brand new vehicles from Gateway Toyota: a Tundra for my business and a RAV4 for personal use. I was told I could not apply the total down payment on the truck (for business purposes) because they need a deposit on both so I had to split half on the car. I had to spread out the payment with two cards as I was planning to use my business account for my business vehicle, not my personal one. At year end, my accountant told me that the full down payment was applied to the car and therefore, I could not apply this expense to my business. If this was possible why could they not do it to the truck like I asked and was refused. So I called Gateway finance department, and was told that I signed the contract, there was nothing they could do for me now. They made absolutely no attempt to apologize or rectify the situation. They blamed me completely. This is EXTREMELY poor customer service to show a customer who bought 2 new vehicles in one day. I trusted the dealership to be honest and up front and did not think I had to double check the invoice. The lesson was I cannot trust Gateway Toyota and in four more years when I go to buy another two vehicles, I will purchase from a company I can trust and certainly not Gateway Toyota. More
