The shuttle service is convenient, or usually I can just wait for a simple oil change in under an hour. The service lounge has complimentary beverages and a small canteen. More

Amazing service I took my 5+ year old Venza in for service. I have always taken it to a Toyota dealership, but having just moved, this was a new dealership. What an a I took my 5+ year old Venza in for service. I have always taken it to a Toyota dealership, but having just moved, this was a new dealership. What an amazing team. Efficient, kind and extremely helpful. They even looked for ways to cut the service cost, which they did, because I needed a small amount of work done on the vehicle. They did this without me even asking, they just went ahead and told me that before they gave me the quote, they would find out what they could do. They called me two hours later with a quote that reflected Toyota incurring some of the cost as I had just had my warranty expire. I was incredibly impressed. In the end, the price was lower than the quote and took less time to complete. What a nice experience. More

The staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgable and if I have questions or an issue it is dealt with professionally and respectfully. It is frustrating to describe a sound or problem and it be ignored only to have something expensive show up a couple of months later, this has not happened at Gateway Toyota! Gateway Toyota takes my interpretive noises and gestures seriously and finds or explain the issues to me. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. More
