Efficient, kind and extremely helpful. They even looked for ways to cut the service cost, which they did, because I needed a small amount of work done on the vehicle. They did this without me even asking, they just went ahead and told me that before they gave me the quote, they would find out what they could do. They called me two hours later with a quote that reflected Toyota incurring some of the cost as I had just had my warranty expire. I was incredibly impressed. In the end, the price was lower than the quote and took less time to complete. What a nice experience. More

The staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgable and if I have questions or an issue it is dealt with professionally and respectfully. It is frustrating to describe a sound or problem and it be ignored only to have something expensive show up a couple of months later, this has not happened at Gateway Toyota! Gateway Toyota takes my interpretive noises and gestures seriously and finds or explain the issues to me. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. More

Mouse in my vent! I had just gotten into my car from grabbing a coffee and turned on my air in the car when it started making weird noises. I pulled over to make sure it was my fan before I kept driving and then continued to just not use the fan. I contacted Troy at Gateway and they're busy. A fan doesn't seem like a big deal but he got me in right away. Turned out I had killed a mouse with my fan and the motor had to be replaced. While cleaning my car out the nest was found. I am super grossed out, and I waited for a good part of the day and went home. When I did, it was like nothing had ever happened. My car was cleaned out incredibly and the motor was replaced. The mouse had been dead in there for a couple of hot days and there was no trace or odor. I know I wouldn't have urgently brought the vehicle in if it wasn't for Troy. I had just called hoping to get in over the next week or so to be able to use my a/c on some of these hot summer days! Thank you Troy and thank you Gateway Toyota!!!!!!! More
