Extremely unfair and huge ripping off Not the first time I have had a bad experience here and also my husband. Won't get into all but you'll get an idea. Try to make as short as possible. I paid for the parts and the extreme labour costs right from the start which I don't believe now I even truly needed just by what has been occurring with my vehicle since. Anyways, took the car into another mechanic to check out what I originally complained about which started back up shortly afterwards at Gateway. Rotors warped only 8 months old. Took the car back of course, to get the rotors replaced. Right from when I exited my vehicle and started talking to the service advisor I knew there was going to be an issue. I am female so yeah, they love it when women bring in their cars. I said I do not want to pay anything as this is the fault of Gateway's. The guy said we have to see what the problem is first. Trying to make short as possible but they were going to charge me $240.00 to put in new rotors and they charged me $53.00 to look at their faulty rotors?!!! MY GOD!!!! How dare them!!!!! Their fault and I have to pay more money for it!!!!! Also, when the mechanic took my car from the drive in service area I watched because I have observed before them driving my vehicle way to aggressively and sure enough the way that mechanic was driving my car was outrageous!!!!! MY GOD!!!! If there wasn't much wrong when you brought the vehicle in there was going to be by the time you left. Trust me!!!! Just terrible!!! Also, the service advisor told me all these other things that are wrong in my car and I know there was not because I didn't hear the sounds they were talking about. So much more to tell you but not enough time. I would not advise you to take your car here, that's all I can say. More
Stay away from this dealer! I went in to look at a new Equinox afew months back. They had a "Construction Sale" and they were there to close all deals during this sale. Their quote for the same vehicle was $10/month more than the other dealers. Watch out for their Sales Manager Terry. A slick crook he is. Didnt want me to leave without signing papers or leaving a deposit and ridiculed me for wanting to shop around. Clearly they were looking to make a quick sale to me. More

The dealer setup a second service appointment and lead me to believe they would repair the part. But only tried to get a quote from second outside company. I was not told they were after market parts when I bought the truck. I went to GM Canada to complain and now the dealer is telling them they told me they were after market. Terrible customer service, no professionalism and nothing but lies More
