2015 Tiguan Chris contacted us as we were selling our volkswagon Jetta online, and we're planning on upgrading. bought a used 2010 Jetta TDI (diesel) I was looking specifically for a black 2010 Jetta TDI, which aren't too plentiful in the used car market, and found one just listed by Chris as coming I was looking specifically for a black 2010 Jetta TDI, which aren't too plentiful in the used car market, and found one just listed by Chris as coming in on trade. I made contact with him, he quickly followed up, and I drove from Calgary to Red Deer for a test drive. He and the others at Gary Moe VW were very helpful and friendly. I had many questions about what would be my first diesel car and my first Jetta and I got good, detailed, well-informed answers all of which helped me to make my decision. The car had been priced very fairly for the model, condition and mileage so I bought the car at the asking price then and there with no fuss. They offered financing and trade-in, both of which I declined, but there was no hard-sell on those or any other aspects of the deal. The car had only just come in so they had not had a chance to do their clean-up and inspections so I left it with them until they were done. The inspections and minor maintenance things were done free of charge and there were a couple items that needed replacing for safety and wear reasons and they were included as well. It was due for a timing belt replacement and I had them do that (at my cost). Work was done quickly and professionally. The car was cleaned, ready and waiting for me when I went to pick it up. Before I took possession of the car, Chris took me for another drive to make sure I was satisfied and to go over some of the points of operating the car so that was a big help and not something I was expecting. Since I don't live in Red Deer, I can't honestly say I'd be back or have them service my car, but they treated me well and I would have no trouble recommending them for car sales or service. If a day comes when I have to get another car and they have what I am looking for, I would be happy to deal with them again. More

Changed my oil and never reset my in service now I went over I took my car in for oil change . Asked for a filter bought it and they were gonna charge me to put it in. Rather went to another dealership bought I took my car in for oil change . Asked for a filter bought it and they were gonna charge me to put it in. Rather went to another dealership bought it they put in it. Secondly got oil change they changed my odometer so my service light went out. Now I am over my oil change and my service light never came on and my warranty could be an issue. We go to a volkswagon dealership so they look after you. You go to red deer so your car will wear faster. Staff are rude and not helpful. Drive the distance go to volkswagon north. Service will blow you away. More

Ryan (who I dealt with) knew his stuff, wasn't pushy for the sale. He asks what you're after, great at recommending vehicles and isn't after selling you the best of the best. He wants you to leave happy and knows it's better to get repeat clients and referrals. More
