Trevor was a great salesman, very personable and competent. He left such an impression on my wife and I the first time we went there that we sought him out again. Gary the finance person was amazing, told us about the options and never ONCE tried to pressure us into purchasing something we didn't want. The paperwork was clear, concise and gone over by Gary completely. He answered all our questions and was nothing but polite and friendly. Why am I not giving this place 5 stars? The fact that the website is deceiving, they advertised the vehicle at a certain price (Vin number and all) then advised me that it would be about $3000 more due to the "winter and prairie package" that they put on that vehicle. Now that's all fine and good but for peat sake put it on the website for what it's actually selling for! I feel it's shady to do business like that and it leaves a distrustful taste in my mouth. All in all I was pleased with the whole transaction, save the website issue. More

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I bought an Elantra from these guys last spring. Late summer it started doing all sorts of strange things - lights flickering, sensors going off, I bought an Elantra from these guys last spring. Late summer it started doing all sorts of strange things - lights flickering, sensors going off, icons appearing and disappearing randomly, battery kept going dead. I would call and report whatever was going on only to be told it was .....wait for it..... normal. They also asked if maybe it was my fault (Did I leave my lights on or hit something? Not even joking - apparently they believe their customers are that stupid.) I took it in a few times, but they claimed nothing was wrong with it. I broke down in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday with my children and puppy - ended up having get the guy at a local village motorcycle garage to rent me a car to get home and then he got my car running again. It was only when HE finally called them that they took it seriously. When I submitted the invoice for reimbursement, I was denied. Apparently I was supposed to have the car towed........again......to the dealership. How I got my family home was my problem. In case you're all wondering what the problem was: It was an issue with the electrical regulation - my alternator. The guy at a small village motorcycle shop was able to diagnose it the first time he looked at the car. Why was I dismissed and ignored by this dealership for 9 months over something so xxxx simple!? More
