I took my car to GanChev for repairs I have always gotten good service from GanChev and this time was no exception. If I have a complaint, it is that no one has name tags any more. After all, they know a lot about me - make of car, service history, payment history, address, phone number etc. I would just like to make the service a bit more personal by knowing who I am dealing with at the service dept. Oh, I just read the little box and having the Dealer rater blacklist a service deptment because an employee or a family member of an employee reviewed their service. You never met my Dad, because if you gave him xxxxty service, it wouldn't matter who the f--- you were, you would not be getting a good review. Most people are more honest than you give them credit for that's for sure. More
