We went home to get our vehicle to look at trade in value. When we returned the salesperson told us that the manager wouldn't move on the price. I said we seen a couple in Vancouver for $5K lower, he told us to go catch the ferry and started to raise his voice and even insulted our trade in vehicle. We were very upset. Later we phoned to talk to the GM, and he said he heard him yelling and apologized and said he is just passionate. Huh. He didn't even offer to take a look at our deal or anything. We ended up buying a new one exactly the same for $4k less. Of course less all the stone chips and scratches. Hopefully the sales lady will find someplace else to work as she was very nice and helpful. More
