If I have any specific questions I email him and get a response in a timely manner. The staff overall is also very pleasant, They always arrange for a Cadillac courtesy vehicle in advance for me so we are never car less. Their coffee and hot chocolate isnt bad either and usually if you go there early in the morning they have a self serve breakfast for customers with bagels etc. More
Bad Service Dropped off my 2013 Suburban for minor service issues in April of 2015 before the warrenty expired. Defrost clip on rear window had come off and rear passenger heated seat not heating. After having the vehicle for a day I was told they had to wait for parts. Received a call about a week later and was told that the pats had arrived and I made arrangements to drop the vehicle off. This was on a Tuesday and was reassured that the repairs should be completed that day. After several calls to the service adviser Jeremy Corbett, I was able to get the vehicle back late Thursday afternoon. I took the vehicle and gave no thought to the repairs. This was late spring and I had no use for either of the repaired items . 45 days after picking up the vehicle I noticed that the defrost clip on the rear window was off again. I then decided to check the heated rear seat and found that it did not work either. I contacted the dealer and was told that the vehicle is now out of warranty and that these repairs were only guaranteed for 30 days and there is nothing the dealer can do... W S Watkins. President. Ramsy told me that I insulted them after I filled out a survey that wasn't to their liking. Surveys are meant to be filled out truthfully. my car isn't even 5 years old with 87K on it and the catalytic converter went and they can't tell me why? There is a underlying issue here and they refuse to deal with it. Catalytic converters on modern vehicles are meant to last the life of the car. I called GM Canada and they looked into this matter and GM Canada called me back and said the Frost has asked that I go to a different dealership!! What a way to treat your customers. I can't believe that GM Canada would allow there dealerships to tell their customers that they don't want their business. More
Improper repairs Took my car in to investigate a problem. Repairs were recommended - cost over $800. Within a few days of picking up the car I had to take it back because it was running very rough and not heating even though they claimed to change the thermostat. As a result, they did some more work on it and the engine is now shot and the car is undriveable. They refuse to entertain the idea of a refund. More
