Fast and easy. Walked in on Saturday looking for a vehicle...walked out a couple hours later owning a new vehicle. Avoid at all cost! Frost Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac - Brampton, Ontario Brian Giles in sales doesn't know anything about the vehicles he sells - he needs extensive Frost Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac - Brampton, Ontario Brian Giles in sales doesn't know anything about the vehicles he sells - he needs extensive training. When your customers know more about the the vehicles you supposedly sell on a daily basis and have to correct you on features and not just make up features that no GM car offers, there's a clear issue. Answer the querries a customer has truthfully and if you do not know the answer don't make one up. Put your ego aside and go ask someone who can help you answer the customer truthfully. This is most likely his sales tactic to prey on the poor souls excited to make a purchase. The many questions I asked I had already knew the answers to but weren't hard for anyone to answer, especially for an experienced salesman. But I asked these sort of questions to get an idea of the salesman's personality and if I can build a long trusting relationship with them. I guess there's a reason as to why he's always insulting a salesman at another GM dealership in particular who's more successful than he is... Jealousy? Completely unprofessional. Sales Manager, Chris Longman, seems very condescending but I guess he gets many complaints of that salesman I mentioned above and justifiably. The finance and warranty woman (regrettably forgot her name) was a pleasure to speak with - 1 star added. The technicians in the garage are very helpful, courteous and know their stuff - 1 star added. Take your business elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle as so did I. The Applewood GM dealership has far better service and salesmen who are knowledgeable in the vehicles they sell. The only reason to come here is to get your vehicle serviced by the great technicians. As a customer spending tens of thousands on a vehicle, you deserve to be valued and receive top quality service and that includes knowledgeable and honest people from the sales floor to the service garage in the back. You're in control, not them. Don't have them strip your power away so that they can fill their pockets with your hard earned money. Update: 11/28/2017 Went into the dealership today to complain about the salesman, Brian Giles, for contacting my family member over the phone yesterday who originally referred me to Brian. He called my brother-in-law to ask him to tell me to take down my review here and he will take legal action against me for slander for my honest review. He told my brother-in-law the payments I am making towards the vehicle I had purchased and the deal I was given. He also proceeded to tell him how my other brother (who purchased a vehicle 1 week after me) did not end up purchasing a vehicle from him because he did not want to pay +$20 month than what the Addison GM dealership was quoting my brother. My brother didn't purchase a vehicle from Brian but from the other Addison GM dealership because Brian tried to mislead my brother into a vehicle which my brother did not appreciate. My family doesn't know this salesman at all on a personal level. Both myself and my brother were just referred to him by my brother-in-law. So there I stood waiting just over 30 minutes to speak with the General Manager of this dealership - no one never came - at least not until when the salesmen Brian Giles approached me aggressively yelling at me that he will be suing me for slander (because of my honest review here). He proceeded to yell at me as if he was ready to physically attack me as other employees in this dealership held him back and attempt to calm him down. I myself am in customer service and have a high tolerance for confrontation. I just refuted back by telling him that I gave an honest review and that I had nothing more to say to him. One of the employees that came to help mitigate the aggressive nature of Brian Giles, was the Manager. I spoke to him and explained to him that I merely came here to speak to a superior of Brian to have him not harass me by contacting my family members and that I did not appreciate Brian speaking to my brother-in-law over my vehicle purchase information and speaking of my brother's vehicle deal. * Owner of a 2017 Cadillac XT5 * More

I went to many dealerships where I was completely over looked but when I walked into Frost Mike almost immediatly came up to me figured out what I was looking for and showed me the new Acadia all terrain. It was a perfect match we scheduled a test drive and talked pricing. Even the business part which is usually a haggling war was fairly easy and uncomplicated. Overall my experience with Frost particularly Mike was great. He figured out what I was looking for made a few suggestions, got me a great deal on the car and was very friendly throughout the entire process. More
