I am happy with the dealership and have stayed with them even though we moved half an hour away. Thanks to Brian from Service for having our SUV's light fixed even though the repair would require an appoint even though we moved half an hour away. I was heavily in need of a new vehicle and missed the boat on a 2023 Toyota Cross when I came across a 81K km 2017 Rav4 at Freeway Mazda. It was very similar in build, engine size and safety features to boat on a 2023 Toyota Cross when I came across a 81K km 2017 Rav4 at Freeway Mazda. It was very similar in build, engine size and safety features to the vehicle I was seeking so I decided to stop by. Peter greeted me at the door and introduced me Terry Cai who helped me with the sale. They are an old school dealership with someone always ready to help and amenities while you wait. They understood my concern about buying a used car that wasn't certified but they assured me their dealership did things by the books and their high ratings on Google helps! There was a crack on the windshield and my concerns were laid to rest when they told me I'd have to wait a week for them to replace the windshield and reset the safety sensors through Toyota at no overhead cost to me. Most places would have you in and out of there once a sale is done -- but they told me I had to wait a week for safety concerns and I appreciated that. A week later Jeanie, Arthika and Leilani had my finances dealt with, basic facts about my new vehicle, and an autoplan ready to go! Even had a chance to drive it the past week to Horseshoe bay and back, and also working through a snow storm. The car is everything they promised it would be, all the features work and I'm a happy camper! Thanks Freeway Mazda, I'm glad I stopped by =) More
