I had a brake problem and pulled into the dealer off the street looking for help. It was a seized caliper and the car could not be driven any further. I talked to Brian in service and he is the best and n street looking for help. It was a seized caliper and the car could not be driven any further. I talked to Brian in service and he is the best and nicest person. Brian couldn't have helped more. I explained that I was in a hurry and Brian responded and made everything go so smoothly and efficiently for me. Brian arranged to get the brakes done and a loaner car for me to drive. I don't know what I would have done without Brian's expert assistance. I will certainly use the dealership again because of Brian's involvement. Thank you so much Brian. More
