Brandon deserves a gold star for his customer service! I've never bought a car from a dealership & was weary about being bullied into something I didn't want. After being to numerous dealerships and feeling harassed by pushy salesmen, I thought I was out of luck! My last ditch effort was taking a look at a 2011 Mazda 2 at Freeway Mazda and to my surprise, I had found the car of my dreams! Brandon was the salesman that took care of me from start to finish! He was very friendly, helpful and did whatever he could to make my experience enjoyable! His demeanor makes you feel at ease and NOT like you're being pressured into anything!! He got me a great deal when I traded in my old car and even helped switch the plates over to my new car :) The layout of the Mazda 2 was quite different than my old car so he took the time after everything was said and done to show me where everything in the car was located. I'm very happy with my new car and glad Brandon was the one helping me out! Couldn't imagine it going any other way!! We came to Mazda dealership only to check and compare with other similar cars in that category. Mazda dealership was out first stop. After some research, I finally decided to go check out the mazda cx5 and cx7. Walking onto the freeway mazda I was approached by Brandon, he wasn't quite on shift yet, said he would send someone else out, the mazda cx5 and cx7. I took both the cx5 and cx7 for a test drive Brandon was great, we went through the city and on the highway. Brandon was friendly and not to pushy, he let me take the vehicle out by myself while making the final decision to purchase the cx7. When I found out the there was only one key Brandon got the parts guys right to work making me another key, parts guys where fast and very nice as well. I highly recommend Brandon to serve you at Freeway Mazda. More
