When I was ready to trade up to a new SUV, I went to see many dealers around town to test drive different SUV's. I wanted something that was classy, all wheel drive, had ample power and was still good on fu many dealers around town to test drive different SUV's. I wanted something that was classy, all wheel drive, had ample power and was still good on fuel. I chose the Kia Sorento EX as the overall best value for money that included all of these features. With a 0% interest rate, I opted for the 200,000 km factory warranty and I am very pleased with my decision. Michael Scully More
I was in the market for a new vehicle and in the past when shopping for a new vehicle I would set my sites on a single vehicle and would only visit that dealership. This time around I told myself that I when shopping for a new vehicle I would set my sites on a single vehicle and would only visit that dealership. This time around I told myself that I needed to make the companies earn the sale, and really did some shopping. I was in the market for a small gas efficient, city commuter, but something with some style and zip. I ventured to Hyundai, Mazda, Honda, Chevy, really did my homework and came in with some solid background information. I was an educated customer. For starters it amazes me how many dealerships are not actually open on Saturday, this surprises me I work during the week and have little time to get out and shop during the week. It was a Sat morning when I stopped into the Kia dealership, and it was busy, there was at least 4 other customers in the lot. I take a look around for a sales cat, and I see this guy hobbling around in a full ankle cast/support/contraption (later find out it was due to a Achilles tendon tear). I'm like nah he's not the sales guy. Low and behold he was. Given the fact he was quite hobbled he greeted everyone on that lot that morning and took care of them, every single one. Gavin was really down to earth, I was able to spark a conversation and he listened and added pertinent information when needed. His knowledge of the vehicles and technology involved was impressive and comforting. He clearly explained all financial aspects, including approx price with tax (which surprisingly not a lot of dealerships did), I took the vehicle (Rio5) for a test drive and already impressed with the customer service, the car could have sold itself. I left that day with smile on my face and some solid information and best of all no pressure. After following up with Gavin via email where I laid out where my head space was, the vehicles I was considering, I asked him to make his sales pitch on why I should purchase the Rio5, he provided a solid email explaining pros and cons to each car I was considering, his honesty in being able to say that a competitor might have an edge was comforting. In the end the excellent customer service combined with a superior product in the Rio5 I was sold and I couldn't be happier. Parting words, Gavin has light sabers along with a Delorean scale model in his office (kids loved it, not to mention me), the Service Manager remembered me from when my parents owned a Sportage about 7-8 years ago. We've had our Kia Rio for over six months now, and while we've had no problems with it, we have had a few questions (it's our first Kia). The Kia Fredericton team have been outstanding in their helpfulness we've had no problems with it, we have had a few questions (it's our first Kia). The Kia Fredericton team have been outstanding in their helpfulness - from our Sales rep, Gavin, to Vicki in Finance, to Danny and Robert in Service, everyone's had a part to play in making the Kia experience a very straightforward and pleasant one. When I ran over a bolt and flattened one of the tires shortly after taking the car home, Danny got her right in for a plug - no waiting, no problems, which was especially helpful since it was a Friday afternoon! I have been and will keep singing the praises of Kias in general and this dealership in particular. This is a great automobile and a great team stands behind it. More
From the minute we stepped on the lot Gavin was very friendly, took time to listen to what we were looking for and then educated us on the vehicle we were looking at. He was not at all pushy and gave us the room to make an informed decision which in the end was to purchase the vehicle. The transaction from the date of sale to the date of delivery was smooth. I would recommend the dealership and of course Gavin to anyone with no hesitation. I really cannot commend on service as we have not owned the vehicle long enough to have it in for it's first appointment. More
I was sorely missing the local Saturn dealership that closed last year. All the other places seemed so high pressure and fast paced. But I felt right at home at Fredericton Kia. We recently purchased a new Optima. The car has more options and a better warranty than the other cars we looked at (Altima, Camray), and a very competitive price. For us, the reputation of the dealership is just as important as choosing the vehicle, and Kia Fredericton came highly recommended from work colleagues. True enough - we received courteous, professional service from the first moment we walked into the dealership. No high pressure sales tactics here. Gavin was very familiar with all of the features of the Optima and was able to answer all of our questions. Following our purchase, a misunderstanding with respect to snow tires was rectified immediately and without question, with no further cost to us. More
