I recently had an unfortunate experience when my engine failed while driving my Elantra from Fredericton Hyundai. However, I must say that I was impressed with the way Fredericton Hyundai handled the situation. They took full responsibility for the delay, and to make up for the inconvenience caused, they offered me a rental car for three months, which they covered entirely. The staff was empathetic and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made the situation less stressful for me. While I was initially upset about the delay, their exceptional customer service and commitment to making things right impressed me. Once the engine was replaced, the car ran smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the work done. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process to me.
