What a fantastic experience! As soon as I drove onto the lot of Fiat Maple Ridge my father and I were welcomed warmly by the friendly and energetic staff. Since this was the first time I had ever been looking for a new vehicle I did not know what to expect, but boy was I blown away. Both Kim and Kaleena were very helpful, and neither of them were pushy or demanding. The atmosphere was also very relaxed but professional. What I found so refreshing was how accommodating they were. I have a very strict budget and not a lot of wiggle room, but I was still able to purchase the fiat of my dreams. I now am the proud owner of a new red Fiat 500c cabrio with a black roof - my little lady bug. Thanks girls for everything! More

As it was my first time purchasing a new car I was extremely skeptical of absolutely everything that was being said to me from all ends and I was overly thorough on my due diligence and price comparis extremely skeptical of absolutely everything that was being said to me from all ends and I was overly thorough on my due diligence and price comparison shopping. I contacted several dealerships having a pretty good idea in mind about what I wanted and finally ended up going with Darryl at the Fiat of Maple Ridge (which is the furthest away from where I live out of all those that I dealt with) because of not only their willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my multiple questions, my bargaining, my skepticism, but also because of their friendly and helpful attitude while doing so. This was very important to me because your relationship with your dealership does not end with the purchase, it continues on for as long as you own the car, through all the servicing and whatnot. As a customer I can be admittedly critical and demanding and at times made some somewhat outlandish requests (racing stripe and a hood spear anyone?) but they really pulled through with all of it. My stripe got put on yesterday, and much effort was put in from Fiat of Maple Ridge to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted, color matched specifically to my burgundy car top. I'm going to go ahead and review the car as well while I'm at it, just for good measure. It's amazing. I ended up with the 500c lounge convertible and every driving experience I've had with it in the last month has been an absolute joy. If you're even thinking about getting one, I say just go ahead and do it - I can't see why anyone would regret it! More
