The staff we've dealt with have all been very courteous, and calls have been returned promptly. Better service than at other dealerships we've dealt with in the past. Very satisfied customer I had been wanting to purchase an F-150 for some time and been watching prices advertised in the paper and online. After pricing out a truck several m I had been wanting to purchase an F-150 for some time and been watching prices advertised in the paper and online. After pricing out a truck several months earlier with Kristine Payne she contacted me about an ongoing offer. As I was unable to attend at the time, we spoke by telephone where she explained everything to me and made an appointment to meet again. I went to the dealership after work and felt after all the research I had done I was getting a great deal on the exact truck I wanted. Everything was clearly explained to me by Natasha Maltais and I felt no pressure signing on the dotted line. We picked up the truck several days later and was treated like family by everyone I interacted with. My kids had an exciting time picking up our new truck and I'm still completely satisfied with the purchase I made. More

They are consistently not returning calls, misrepresenting facts and ignoring me presumably because the sale is done . Be careful dealing with this company. I escalated to the owner?? Carlee??? but never got any return calls So far they have mishandled the financing on my new truck, misrepresented the options on the new truck and appropriated my extra my snow tires and rims. NOT a happy outcome Service issues When I had my trade serviced just before buying a new truck they left all the shrouds hanging down on the ground . This should had been an omen.When their their mechanic servicing my truck told me he drives an GM, i should have known to run . I can accept misunderstanding and mistakes but their tactic seems to be to say they will call you back and resolve the issue then just ignore you. More

I actually felt angry and offended when dealing with the representative and that was only a 10 minute interaction where I got the sense he had no interest in selling me a used focus when the were customers eyeing the mustangs. If you've only got $20,000 to spend take it to Marigold Ford down the street. Or Ontario Motor Sales where I had a fantastic experience with a sales man who had all the time in the world for me to test drive several models and answer any of my questions. Sales people are supposed to make you feel welcome at a dealership. Not like you are wasting their time. Terrible service. DO NOT SHOP HERE. More

My wife and I travelled a considerable distance to deal here, and I am thankful we did! From the time we arrived, we were treated with the utmost of respect and professionalism. Unknown to the dealership, we wanted to transact a deal 'on the spot' and drive away the same day with a new vehicle, using our current vehicle as a trade-in. The staff worked relentlessly to satisfy us, evaluating our present vehicle, setting up an purchase/sale agreement, detailing the new vehicle, changing licence plates, etc., etc., etc. This dealership, although in new hands, was well remembered by myself from back in 1968, when I purchased my first new vehicle -- a Ford Mustang -- from Mr. McDonald, who owned the business then. The current owner met with us and we recalled the kindness and professional attitude of Mr. McDonald. In summary, Fraser Ford made this visit and transaction a very happy day for us, and I would recommend their business to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. We dealt with a gentleman, Bruce Saunders, who was one of the most accommodating and kind individuals I have had occasion to deal with. With an attitude like his, Fraser Ford will, without doubt, be a great place to deal for many years to come. More
Very mistreated I could not have possibly had a more unpleasant experience at this dealership. I am now stuck with a car I did not want because it was forced upon me. When trying to back out of a deal 24 hours after it was made and long before they did anything at all to get the car ready for me I was threatened with legal action. I even attempted to sacrifice my deposit to be let out of the deal and was denied. So...why did they take a deposit in the first place? Please let my experience help you with your decision in choosing a dealership. More
