First new vehicle I would just like to say that for purchasing my first "adult" car I couldn't of asked for better service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kristine I would just like to say that for purchasing my first "adult" car I couldn't of asked for better service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kristine. She was able to sit down with me and go through everything that I wanted in the car. I decided to order my vehicle from the factory... this takes time. It took about 10 weeks to get my car. I was told right from the beginning that it would be a minimum of 8 weeks. She was always prompt to email me whenever she got an update and when it was finally delivered to the dealership she called me right away. If I or anybody else I know was interested in purchasing a car I would recommend Kristine in a heartbeat! More

Very Accommodating I went to Fraser Ford on a Saturday morning and from there went to two GM dealerships....I narrowed my decision down to 2 vehicles. ..a GM Sierra and I went to Fraser Ford on a Saturday morning and from there went to two GM dealerships....I narrowed my decision down to 2 vehicles. ..a GM Sierra and a F150....it was the very friendly and relaxed atmosphere of Fraser Food that sold me on their product....it was well after closing hours that I made up my mind and there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever...I would/will recommend Fraser Ford to any and all of my friends to purchase their future vehicles....my sales person, Dorothy, and sales manager, Ian, we're the reason I bought here. ..thx again. ..Bruce More

Thank you also to the drivers who drove me back and forth while my car was getting work done. Most of all thanks for the quick diagnoses of the problem and fixing it!!! Excellent Customer Service - A+++ I was purchasing a factory order F150 which meant there was not much bargaining room when it came to price. When I had asked my sales associate, Kris I was purchasing a factory order F150 which meant there was not much bargaining room when it came to price. When I had asked my sales associate, Kristine Payne, why I should order the truck from her and not another random dealer, she quickly replied that her customer service skills would make the difference. I am happy to report that Kristine's statement was 100% accurate. Kristine helped me through the process every step of the way and ensured both myself and my concerns were looked after. I would be happy to refer any family / friends to Kristine as I know they would be in good hands and get the attention that they deserve. Then general stigma around car buying is that it is a painful experience but with Kristine it could not be further from the truth. Thanks Kristine for making this a favorable experience!
