Backyard mechanics 2013 Ford Fiesta The door handle spring broke on my door was recall under warranty took a few day to get appointment so I had door tied shut so I coul 2013 Ford Fiesta The door handle spring broke on my door was recall under warranty took a few day to get appointment so I had door tied shut so I could drive it. Took it in they fixed the springs. Drove it home tried to put window down didn't want to go down finally went down tried to put it up window went outside of door track. Then notice they broke plugs that cover screws.finally got to take it back.they fixed window but it would only go half way down they said that the way it's suppose to be. Funny the driver side window goes all the way down.argued with them abit they finally took it back in fixed it right but didn't tighten up screw on door panel they took it back in and tightened the screws stuffed broken plugs screws. Pulled out of dealership broken plugs fell out of door panel.Don't have the patience to take it back to get them fixed. I will not be going back there ever and likely won't buy another Ford More

Well, Fraser Ford found a total of two electrical faults with my vehicle, which is a Lincoln Town Car. I'm happy with their dedication to the work they do, & it is also backed up with the first person I met when I took my vehicle there, her name is Traci Tippet & she actually worked wonders for me with various points & discounts accumulated by my service work done there over the last year, so I left a very happy customer.
