By far the best dealership and sales experience I've had I've only bought one new car before this one (non-Ford) and I thought that experience was positive before I went to Fraser Ford. I wasn't on the lot more than a few moments before I was offered non-pressuring help by Michelle. She was knowledgeable, personable, friendly and an an absolute pleasure to work with. I loved the experience and would certainly go to her first again in the future when I need another vehicle. I ended up buying a 2017 Ford Escape SE, which I can say was a great deal, and I can't say enough about Ford Employee pricing + the $1,000 Costco discount on top of that. After I decided to buy the car, Kerri in Finance was wonderful and patient in answering all my questions. The manager actually asked to meet me, shake my hand and thanked me for my business on the day I picked up the vehicle. Michelle showed me the entire facility, introduced me to the Service Manager and even showed me where all my services would be conducted. Now having had this experience, I feel like I got ripped off 4.5 years ago when I bought my last non-Ford car because the customer service pales in comparison. Would definitely recommend Fraser Ford to others in the future and I look forward to a long relationship with their service department in my new Ford. More

I had my /06 Mustang in their service area and the people there really know how to treat their customers. Last fall I bought a brand new Ram Bighorn truck at Menzies in Whitby. I regret not paying the extra to get the F-150 at Fraser Ford. The extra cost would have been worth it to be treated like one would expext to be treated at a dealership. I paid $58,000 cash for my truck at Menzies and I get treated like a fool every time I go there. I did not even buy my /06 Mustang at Frazier and they treat me with the upmost respect and courtesy. Excellent Customer Service from Traci Tippett I just finished reading a review from Kat Dugan and I can not believe how similar my experience was with Traci Tippett of the Fraser Ford Service Depa I just finished reading a review from Kat Dugan and I can not believe how similar my experience was with Traci Tippett of the Fraser Ford Service Department. I too took my Lincoln MKX to Fraser Ford after several years of poor customer service from another Ford store. From the very start Traci was a real pleasure to deal with. She took the time to listen to the numerous problems I was having with my MKX and assured me that she would keep me up to date on the repairs and/or any additional problems they encountered. She followed up on her commitment and kept me informed through out the repair. Traci Tippett is not a good service advisor, she is not a very good service advisor she is an excellent service advisor. As a result of dealing with Traci I will only service my car at Fraser Ford going forward despite the fact I live approximately 60 kms away. Great job Traci, thanks for all your help. More

Fantastic customer service I cannot stress how happy we were with our exerience at Fraser Ford, we had purchased our first Ford, a Lincoln MKX, from another Ford dealership and I cannot stress how happy we were with our exerience at Fraser Ford, we had purchased our first Ford, a Lincoln MKX, from another Ford dealership and after several visits there over the years felt our business was not valued, their staff were rude and dismissive treating us like we were more of an annoyance than anything. This definately left a sour taste in our mouths and we were on the verge of giving up and going back to a GM product..we had actually called Ontario Motor Sales to see if they could work on our car who after listening to our complaints told us to try Fraser .. we came into Fraser frustrated and stressed out. Upon entering Fraser we immediately recognised the difference between them and the other Ford dealership was night and day.. pleasant smiling faces greeting us, an extremely clean welcoming environment and in our opinion their greatest treasure, a service advisor by the name of Traci Tippett. With and empathetic ear Traci listened to our concerns, kept us updated during the process, explaining everything to a T giving us the confidence our car was in good hands. Our car ended up being ready sooner than we thought, they even washed it for us! She has renewed our faith in the Ford product and we couldn't be more pleased. More

In fairness to Fraser Ford, the post was written prior to the completion of the process. Since then, I am happy to say that the situation has been resolved fairly and amicably. I want to publicly thank the owner and her head mechanic for giving generously of their time to explain and resolve my concerns. I want to apologize to Fraser Ford for the negative aspersions I inferred on them. Despite this, the owner fairly and generously addressed all concerns to my satisfaction. Through her example, Ms. Fraser has worked hard to build up the integrity of her business and if I have in any way contributed to diminishing that in any way, I am truly sorry. I have been a very satisfied customer for the last six years and hope to continue that on into the future. More

My first visit was fantastic! This was my first visit to Fraser. I was welcomed and all was nicely explained to me about how things worked. The woman at the at the pay counter got up and fetched a business card from Kendra for me. Kendra was kind and listened to me. Even the gentleman that drove me home and picked me up again was very nice and answered my questions about the stop/start feature in the Escape he was driving. I will definitely be back for service!
