Kim Rocks! After years of being less then satisfied and going from dealer to dealer I found myself at Fraser Ford’s door step. Kim greeted me with a smile, a laugh and the assurance that my problems will be fixed. If that wasn’t enough she offered to make me a coffee! She came in on her day off to make sure I was taking care of and truly made me feel like I mattered and that my vehicle was in good hands. Her knowledge of the vehicles was impressive and her honesty was so refreshing! Also in talking with the shuttle driver it seems that Fraser Ford really cares about their employees. I would recommend Fraser Ford, there facilities are clean and look really professional, with disco light lasers for doing alignments and Kim’s superior service….I can’t imagine going anywhere else and I’m going to tell everyone I know that Kim Cares at Fraser Ford! Stay away I came to Fraser Ford on a Sunday not thinking they would be open but to my surprise they were as it was a weekend sale for Ford employee pricing. I was greeted in the parking lot by Dorothy. we told her were were looking for an F-150, she brought us to the trucks and then I told her my budget....she said I wouldn't be able to get anything in that price range and then she shouted across the lot to the guy in used sales and said she was sending us to him as we were more in line of a used truck price range...I can't begin to tell you how embarrassed I was!!! She didn't ask if I was flexible or if I had considered fewer options to get in that range just sent me on my way! I did see mike in used sales who was amazing and took me in to see if he could find anything in that range, he did but I was in no mood at that point so we left. I did purchase a brand new 2016 F-150 supercrew at another dealership a couple of days later in my price range! More

This review is about NOT making the sale I went in recently to look at a gently used sporty car, looking to trade for my Korean daily driver. Talked to Mike, had my trade evaluated, and when crunching the numbers it actually made financial sense to leverage better financing and employee pricing for a new vehicle and the obviously longer warranty. Ian came up with some super competitive numbers and was great. They took my deposit and then on to Natasha for the final financial details. Except for one thing. I suddenly had this feeling that I had made a mistake. That perhaps due to very recent and relentless life events I was perhaps buying this car for the wrong reasons. There was some uncertainty in my mind about possible changes to my work environment among a bunch of other things. It had NOTHING to do with the very professional staff. The interesting thing was, after a remarkable conversation with Natasha, everything was OK. No one pressured me. They gave me back my deposit. No questions asked. I was surprised by the ethics of this team. Real ethics in sales? Remarkable. When I looked at their cards it actually says 'Certified In Automotive Law And Ethics'. The only thing that I think would have perhaps swayed me would have been the offering of something called Walkaway insurance that covers your financing in the event of something like job loss. I don't believe they offer that. I just feel your probably in pretty good hands with the bunch of folks that I dealt with. I'm sure they thought I was a bit loopy, however, it was a remarkable sales experience and I'm thankful there was no pressure brought to bear one way or the other. Thank you! More

Car wouldn't drive over 40 km and engine light came on. Coming home from work tonight the engine light came on and suddenly and I wasn't able to accelerate past 40km.
