We were in a bind having to buy a new truck so quickly as my husbands died on us. We went in looking and they treated us like family. Kristine did everything she could to help us get into our dream truck! Between her and the managers and Kerri in financing they made one of the most stressful times a breeze! They were understanding to our budget and understood we needed something safe and reliable especially with having a young son. I cannot honestly say enough wonderful things about everyone at this dealership! Hands down where we will buy all our vehicles. They are truly one of a kind and Kristine is an absolute star. She makes sure her customers are happen and taken care of. An amazing experience! More

Most Amazing experience buying my dream car Went in to Fraser Ford knowing exactly what I wanted and the sales team acknowledged that. Probably the quickest car buying experience I've ever had. Went in to Fraser Ford knowing exactly what I wanted and the sales team acknowledged that. Probably the quickest car buying experience I've ever had. it was 45 minutes from when I walked in to when I ordered my car and got confirmation (including financing and vehicle options check). My sales associate Jason Hatch was amazing, he made it a personal experience all the while ticking all the verbatim jargon, but not in a dry way. They knew I was buying my dream 2017 Mustang and they rolled out the red carpet. From order date to delivery was THREE WEEKS! which is amazing lead time for a build to order. Car came in and looked gorgeous, I think Fraser Ford was just as excited as I was! They walked me through all the features, gave me a tour of my new dealership and I was on my way to play with my new toy! You will not be let down by this dealer! More

Very happy client! Fraser ford has always been amazing and bends over backwards to make me feel at home. The last time I was there I pulled into the drive thru with my hatch of my car falling on my head. They looked at it right there, had the parts in Stock and replaced it right there in the drive thru! I was in and out in 20 minutes. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service! More

The boys were scared (as a result of the car malfunctioning) The boys were made to feel like it was their fault the car was in need of service. The staff was not supportive at all until one of the boys Dad arrived. This is an example of ageism. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Drove away feeling completely confident and excited. She offered her support and assistance for any future questions I might have. You gain a sense immediately that Kristine loves helping people and I was fortunate to have her through this experience. Natasha had everything in order in regards to documentation and financing.
