I had been truck shopping for 6 months and found every other salesperson either disinterested or uninformed about their own product. They gave me a great deal on the truck I wanted and made the overall purchase simple and efficient. They spent the extra time, gave us a tour of their facilities and introduced us to their service staff and even had a sit down with the sales manager.
