Fourth vehicle from this dealership Once again Fraser Ford has exceeded my expectations! In this case it was the lease of a 2017 Escape. From the salesperson, Kristine Payne, to the sales managers, Ian Hodgson and Jarrod Joubert, to the finance person, Kerri Lopez my leasing experience was smooth and trouble free. My vehicle was thoroughly prepared and delivered on time and with care. From previous experiences I will unhesitatingly vouch for the service department and advisor, Peter Roks. When my wife's Ford C-Max lease ends we will be heading back for our fifth vehicle!!! This is a great dealership! More

She was recommended to me by a friend , who had purchased a car there. She worked hard to get the truck I wanted and kept in touch with me. At every aspect of the sale. I am giving her a 5 star. Kari Lopes also went above and beyond the sale. to show me the difference in the toneau covers and was very patient with me as I made my decisions about what my wife and I needed for this purchase and she was able to Help keep us very close on our budget , with the financing. Great Teamwork & Pleasurable Experience Engaged Fraser through Ford corporate build your own website. Brandon called me the next day to follow-up on our request and put us in contact with Kr Engaged Fraser through Ford corporate build your own website. Brandon called me the next day to follow-up on our request and put us in contact with Kristine. We set up an appointment to review what we wanted. We had a specific Ford Explorer Sport which was hard to find but they found one in a week and delivered in two. The Fraser team worked well together and we had no "quibbles" with the deal.
