Way over filled my oil …caused me smoke and stalling. They knew it when I returned and emptied and refilled. Should never had been charged. Could mess with my motor down the road. Will never go back. Booked the earliest appointment available for my '20 F250 diesel on Feb 13 2023, appt I was for March 14. The reason was the engine light came on Feb 11. I had to go into Fraser on Feb 13 because no one answ diesel on Feb 13 2023, appt I was for March 14. The reason was the engine light came on Feb 11. I had to go into Fraser on Feb 13 because no one answers the phone or returns messages. Was told on Feb 13 the truck was fine unless the light flashes. Dropped the truck off March 14 @ 8am. Asked the Service Advisor (SA) to have tires rotated and filters changed, as well. Received a call at 2pm saying the truck would NOT going be worked on that day and it would be looked at in about 3 days according to the Service manager's direction. Pick up the F250 at 5pm. Asked why a scanner wasn't put on the truck to diagnose and potentially order parts? Was told no diesel mech (DM) available. Asked do you need a DM to put on a scanner or rotate tires? Answer is NO. Left Fraser, went to Marigold Ford, the truck is now at Marigold for it's appt March 15 @ 2. Marigold had an Uber take me home 30 minutes away. When at home March 14 @ 7pm, Marigold called to say it's a potentially a software update required that Ford sends out in service bulletins. More
I would highly suggest that no one do business with this dealership. I went into Fraser Ford beginning of January 2022. I ordered a Ford Mustang convertible and a Ford F-150 to be delivered in Spring and dealership. I went into Fraser Ford beginning of January 2022. I ordered a Ford Mustang convertible and a Ford F-150 to be delivered in Spring and a Bronco as well as a Ford F-350 (to be delivered at the end of October-beginning of November). I was trading in a Ford F-250. I was told by my salesman and the finance manager that I would be able to use the full tax savings amount towards the trade. We talked about numbers several times and the tax savings was in all documents, I even have it in several emails. I was also told that I could use my X-plan pricing towards the Ford F-350. With all the information I was given, I went ahead and ordered all three vehicles. When I purchased the vehicles I was told I would have the mustang and F150 by the end of March. The F150 showed up 2 months later than I was told and the mustang sometime in June and the F-350 showed up 5 months early. When I picked the F150 up, I was told I was not allowed using my full tax savings credit costing me $4350+ more than I was told I was paying. I was also told while I was in the process of purchasing a Bronco that I am now not allowed using the X-Plan pricing on the F-350 as they’re only allotted so many a year and the dealership won’t use X-Plan pricing on that type of vehicle which cost me approximately $9000 more (approx $13,350 total). Originally, I planned on taking the cheque for the trade in and purchasing all vehicles with financing. After the vehicles arrived, I was told they weren’t going to provide the cheque for the full trade in amount and that one of the vehicles would have to be purchased with the trade in amount. With that said, I have a Mustang that is making noises that I have not been able to enjoy this summer as the shop is booked up weeks in advance and of course I wasn’t going to go ahead with the F-350 after I was lied to several times and I was not paying $13,350 more for something that their competition would have done. The dealership does not care to rectify any of the above issues and are now refusing to sell me a vehicle under their assumption that I’m an auto broker. For those who know me and the amount of driving that I do, I trade in my vehicles before they lose too much value which happens to be roughly every 4 to 6 months. More

I emailed them again, no response. I emailed them letting them know I was coming in for a tire change over asking if I could get a trade-in value. No response. However power lane people are awesome, 10/10 More
