Customer Service Terrible Heads up!!!! This place is poorly run and has even worse customer service. I made an appointment with the service department to have an issue looked a Heads up!!!! This place is poorly run and has even worse customer service. I made an appointment with the service department to have an issue looked at. My vehicle is still under power train warranty. The vehicle intermittently does not engage in reverse. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and was told it would be looked at the next day. The following day I received no phone calls all day and decided to call at 3:30 and see what the status was. I was told the vehicle had not been looked at and that they were going to address the issue with the shop foreman. I dropped by on the way home and spoke with the service rep at the counter. He informed me he screwed up on the paperwork and had it scheduled for the wrong day, he informed me it would be looked at promptly the following day. The next day I again received no phone call from anyone and decided to call at 2:30 and see what was going on. The lady on the line said the truck was done. I questioned what was done on the truck. She replied "Did you not receive a phone call?" I told her I had not. She said the service manager would call me back to inform me of what was going on. After an hour and no call I called back again, the service manager told me they couldn't find anything wrong and they attempted it again and still nothing. After addressing my issues with the overall lack and poor customer service, all he could muster up was they indeed dropped the ball. Oh and of course I owe them 119.00$ service charge. So tomorrow I will go pay the money and be done with these jokers for good. Bring your vehicle to Menzies. These guys are out of touch and should not be trusted with a toy car let alone a real vehicle. I will be contacting Chrysler directly and ensuring I leave this review anywhere I can. More

Just some follow up, re vehicle and salesman So I have had my 2016 for 7 mo's now. Bringing it in for an oil change, always fast and reasonable. No hiccups. Have a coffee and it is done. Stephen Osborne, my rep I got the car from approached me. Nice long conversation. A he remembered me, he remembered all the hobbies I do, that we spoke of and my wifes name and her occupation. Mark of a real account manager. We spoke about trading in, in 2 years etc. To which I will come back to Dodge, and come back to Stephen. Uber impressed. More
Going the extra mile Went in for help to remove damaged locking wheel lug nuts without an appointment. The parts desk were very helpful and sold me some standard wheel lug Went in for help to remove damaged locking wheel lug nuts without an appointment. The parts desk were very helpful and sold me some standard wheel lug nuts and pointed me towards the service desk. they promptly removed and replace the nuts in the parking lot for no charge and sent me on my way a very happy customer. Piece of mind made easy I had a ton of work that I neaded done as I was not up to date on all the routine/scheduled maintenance on my truck. Melissa at the service desk hel I had a ton of work that I neaded done as I was not up to date on all the routine/scheduled maintenance on my truck. Melissa at the service desk helped me get a plan together to get it all done in a timely manner. Called me with the findings on a few things I was inquiring about, was very helpful and not pushy at all. After all the work was done I was also presently surprised that it did not cost me as much as I originally thought. Thanks More
Worst possible service Absolutely the worst possible service. Booked an appointment for 9:30. Nothing fancy, oil change and look at a dash rattle. Was told my service rep just went to lunch but she will call me when she returns. Call back at 2:30 as nobody has called me and was told the car had yet to be even pulled in to the shop. So what is the point of making an appointment? The service adviser didn't apologize or even pretend to care. Asked to speak to manager. As I'm waiting another irate customer asks to speak to him. After waiting 10 minutes the manager finally shows up. He has no clue what is going on. I took my vehicle and left. Brutal service. Would def NOT recommend. More
