They exceeded all expectations! Kyle called with a detailed breakdown of work needed and how we could solve two issues with one service. About to take 401 hwy but had a noise in wheel. I bought my Dodge Caravan (and Dodge Ram) from an Ottawa dealership. Was on vacation and about to return home and heard a noise in the back wheel. Afr I bought my Dodge Caravan (and Dodge Ram) from an Ottawa dealership. Was on vacation and about to return home and heard a noise in the back wheel. Afraid to take the Hwy with grand-kids in vehicle, I went, without an appointment to this great dealership in hopes that someone might have a look. I saw the gentleman at the service department desk, (sorry can't remember his name) and he sent a mechanic to see/hear the problem and assess. They were able to take the vehicle in, check it and remove the rock from the dust cover on that wheel and send me on my way, all within 1 hour. AND, I was expecting a bill for this service call but there was none. They took care of the problem, had the vehicle on the hoist and charged me nothing. Friendly and courteous people. This review should have been posted last August 2017 and I apologize for the tardiness. Great job everyone and many thanks. Kind of wish I had purchased all my vehicles with you. Great experience Overall great experience booked appointment with Ashley she was very friendly and accommodating Sharon was who I dealt with regarding repairs they wer Overall great experience booked appointment with Ashley she was very friendly and accommodating Sharon was who I dealt with regarding repairs they were done well except I had an issue from factory with the paint Sharon advised me that she took pictures and sent them off and I would hear back in a week or so after 3 weeks I had heard nothing I called Ashley and she put me in touch with peter who booked me to come see him right away he took pictures and sent them off after inquiring about wet sanding and polishing first but it was in an awkward spot over all service was great just a little disappointed in Sharon as the pictures were not taken More

Money pit I was booked in May2 to have my winter tires replaced with all seasons. I live approx 30 km away so I was disappointed when I was told that my tires h I was booked in May2 to have my winter tires replaced with all seasons. I live approx 30 km away so I was disappointed when I was told that my tires hadn't arrived. The service manager happened by and instructed the desk clerk to make my appointment a priority and to throw in a car wash. Returned on the 5th and when asked how long it would take I was told an hour. After an hour the counter clerk came over and asked if I knew where the gadget to remove my tires were in my vehicle. I said to her- " do you mean to tell me they're just removing them now?" Managed to grab service manager to complain and got an excuse about finding corrosion and mechanics can't proceed until they get an okay. No priority, no car wash and I'd like to add that to my eye at least, it looked like a couple came in with an unforeseen problem and their vehicle was serviced in my slot. This could be speculation but they came in while I was waiting and left before I was asked about the tire gadget. I also get the impression that every time my caravan gets serviced I'm given a list of more work that needs to be done. Either I have a lemon or it's a scheme. Either way, I'm going to a privately owned garage now. More

once they've got your money you are a second class citizen. it started when they lost the license plate sticker and "couldn't" find it, (never happened before they said) when warranty service was required, it w it started when they lost the license plate sticker and "couldn't" find it, (never happened before they said) when warranty service was required, it was all "well that's how they all are, it's normal", "its not doing it now so we can't fix it", " the check engine light has gone off now so we're not going to change the part now that was proved defective last time you came in with the light on". I think the mechanics and the parts counter people are first rate, but the sales and the warranty side of things are as poor as anyone's worst ideas about dealers being out for the profits only. I have just moved out of the warranty period, I did however get (as far as I am concerned) an important part of the car fixed outside of the warranty period for free. this was with the help of Mr Peter Bright and FCA's help department, so kudos to them, the dealership is changing ownership too. More

That it looks like the whole part has to be replaced. Take it to Fraser Chrysler in Oshawa on Bloor St. and the service employee at the desk told me to give him a few minutes and he would have a look at it. Went out to my vehicle and he had a look at it and attempted to fix himself for me. "This is a service employee NOT a technician". Sure enough after a few minutes he had taken the switch out and popped it back in! No charge. Didn't get milked for any money" Now that is true customer service!!! Greatly appreciated!!! I will be back as a regular customer for sure. Thank you!! More
