I had left a voice mail with the appointment coordinator and still had not received a call back after almost 2 hours. I called again and received a live person who was most pleasant. Received an appt for just a few days later. I know your website said you guys were very busy but still......I think you need to fix this. Also an issue with my front brake pads--they are original to March 2017 and I had had 8 mm left in June 2019. At this service, I now have 10 mm. Wonderful that my brake pads seem to get better after time but this should be reviewed. More

This trip was a recall and a part replacement so I was driven back home and picked up when it was ready. One of the best things I have done is I bought my Journey here four years ago and have been able to come to your very well run dealership for that time. not too happy, question above would be answered DON'T known - had my winter tires installed - when done we had electrical problems that were not present before which were fixed (under warranty - this was the - had my winter tires installed - when done we had electrical problems that were not present before which were fixed (under warranty - this was the second time the anti-theft lug nuts were stripped, which implies the nuts are over torqued or bad quality lug nuts. (all work done only by your dealership so far) - when leaving the dealership, noticed 2 tires were underinflated and we not told to come back for a re-torque More
Solved a complicated problem! It’s not everyday your son, out on his own ,has to pull off the highway and be towed to whichever random dealership is closest. He then had to leave ourJeep Compass at the dealership and go on to his destination without it. Everyone we dealt with at Fraser Chrysler was kind and as accommodating as possible. We did experience some bumps in the road though, when the vehicle was not ready on time for my son to pick it up on his way back home from his job in Kingston. We were left in the lurch at that point! However, due to a persistent and devoted receptionist and a service centre employee named Sheryl , our problem was solved. Sheryl noticed that an assumption had been made that my son had had a rental car given to him which was not the case. He was back home in Mississauga carless and our vehicle in Oshawa wS still not ready for pick up. Sheryl took the time to reach out to the nearest rental place they deal with to my son in Mississauga, arranged for him to be picked up at home and reserved a rental car for him. It was a small thing but it really saved us a lot of logistical problems. Her determination to get to the crux of our problem and creatively solve it was a life saver. First service of new van Today was the first oil L.O.F. service for my 2019 Grand Caravan Crew Plus. Made an appointment for 8AM for this service, plus since new van has had Today was the first oil L.O.F. service for my 2019 Grand Caravan Crew Plus. Made an appointment for 8AM for this service, plus since new van has had a bit of a pull to the right. Showed up just before 8 & as promised was shuttled home. I said hope the van would be ready around noon, and was called just before noon ready to go. The checked the pulling to the right & rotated the tires which so far looks like solved the issue. More
